From I-15 North: San Diego Area
Take Winchester Exit. Make a left at the light and travel West over the freeway. At the second light, make a right onto Jefferson Avenue. Travel for 2.2 miles and make a left onto Fig Street. At the stop sign, make a right onto Adams and we're the first building on your right.
From I-15/I-215 South: Corona/Ontario/San Bernardino
Take Murrieta Hot Springs Exit. Make a right off the exit onto Murrieta Hot Springs. Go to the second light and make a left onto Jefferson Avenue. Travel for .6 miles. Make a right at the light onto Guava Street. Make your first left onto Adams and the gym will be located on your left side.

We are located on Cabot Rd, 2 blocks south of Oso Parkway in the same center, behind Off The Vine (Wine Storage business)..
COMING FROM THE IRVINE AREA
Take the 405 Freeway South to the 5 South. Exit at Oso Parkway, turn Right off the freeway. Turn Left at Cabot Road. Turn Right into the first driveway. We are located in the back left building.
COMING FROM THE SAN CLEMENTE AREA
Take the 5 Freeway North. Exit at Oso Parkway and turn Left. Turn Left onto Cabot Road. Turn Right into the first driveway. We are located in the back left building.
